We ship worldwide! Your order will be shipped out of our warehouse in The Netherlands. We ship your order as fast as possible, 1-3 working days processing time. If your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll process your order on the following working day.

After your order is processed by our team, shipping will take approximately the following:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a shipping confirmation e-mail with Track & Trace code to follow your package.

We work with the best shipping partners worldwide to provide the best and fastest possible service.

Delivery Costs will be automatically calculated in your shopping basket, after you entered your address.

Our products can be returned within 7 days after receiving your package, with the exception of the E-Guides. The product(s) should be in their original packaging.

We will refund you the cost of your items in full minus shipping and return costs. Our warehouse team will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at We will refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. Order that are returned because of an invalid address can be reshipped at your expense. Please note we process orders quickly. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

How to make a return: if you’d like to return a product, just follow these simple steps:

  2. Prepare your package with the product(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging and order form or please add a note with your name and order number inside.
